We're a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up with interesting projects, challenges and a culture that inspires learning and development. Our engineering team consists of software and product engineers, engineering and product managers, who are all passionate about what they do. Our product is deceptively simple; under the hood there are components that require computer vision, graphics, machine learning and physics simulation, which we've continued to drive with ongoing R&D, alongside the more commonly recognisable front end apps and middle tier services. Our technology stack is based on single page webapps running in front of JVM and .NET technology - https://techstacks.io/metail and mostly runs on AWS.

You will be contributing the the overall delivery of software products/components by working in collaboration with others in your team as well as with other functions of the business to ensure well integrated solutions.

Fully participating in the Agile process including speaking up and raising your opinion.

Supporting existing process guidelines as well as driving new processes, guidelines, team rules, and best practices.
