Why and how do we collect information? Metail takes your privacy seriously. We only use personal information you have given us so that we can provide you products and services you have asked for from us. We only collect information when you have contacted us or used one of our services, for example by signing up to one of our email lists.
What do you collect? We collect your name and EMail address.
How and where do you keep and use my data? We use your name and email address to keep in touch with you. We keep this data on servers within the European Union, and it is only accessed by staff also working in the European Union. We sometimes use third-party companies to keep in touch via email, and those companies will either be in the EU, or part of government-approved privacy schemes such as Privacy Shield which help keep your data safe.
Unless required by law, we won’t give any data that can be used to identify you to anyone else.
How long will you keep my data? We’ll keep your data until you ask us to delete it. If you wish to delete your data (i.e. withdraw consent for processing) then please contact us at the address below.
What other rights do I have? If you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can ask us to change it.
